Under the leadership of Gözde YILMAZ AYGÜN, a student in the Advanced Energy Technologies Ph.D. Program at the Institute of Clean Energy Technologies, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Aysel KANTÜRK FİGEN, the “Protective Coating Technology Against Hydrogen Embrittlement” R&D project, supported by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority of the Republic of Turkey (EPDK), has been approved.
Coordinated by İGDAŞ and carried out in collaboration with the Institute of Clean Energy Technologies, this project aims to develop innovative, material-based protective coating solutions to address the brittleness issues that occur in steel pipes during hydrogen transportation.
