As part of our seminar series on boron and energy, Dr. Ahmet Eymen Akşener will be our guest speaker at a seminar where current research in the fields of nanotechnology and energy will be presented. In his presentation titled “Freestanding Borophene and Energy Applications,” synthesis approaches for borophene and similar boron-based materials, structural and electronic characterization methods, and the potential application areas of these next-generation materials in energy storage, conversion, and transmission technologies.
