Participation in the "New Horizons in Catalysis" Workshop
Our Institute Director, Prof. Dr. Aysel KANTÜRK FİGEN, participated as a guest speaker at the New Horizons in Catalysis Workshop organized by İstinye University. There, she presented a paper titled “Design and Application of Bifunctional Catalysts for Liquid Organic Hydrogen Carrier Systems,” sharing the latest research findings on the design and applications of bifunctional catalysts for liquid organic hydrogen carrier systems with the national and international academic community.

Turkey Hydrogen Action Plan 1st Sectoral Working Group (SWG) Workshop
The 1st Sectoral Working Group (SWG) Workshop of the Turkey Hydrogen Action Plan is the first official meeting held with private-sector stakeholders. The purpose of this workshop is to present the modeling approach and assumptions for forecasting hydrogen demand, to validate key parameters with input from industry representatives, to identify obstacles and investment needs, and to ensure that the Clean Hydrogen Action Planreflects real-world conditions by fostering a two-way dialogue. Our Institute Director, Prof. Dr. Aysel KANTÜRK FİGEN, participated in the workshop.

Workshop on Turkey’s Strategy and Action Plan for Digitalization Technologies in the Energy Sector
The Turkish Energy, Nuclear, and Mining Research Institute (TENMAK) is preparing the “Turkey Digitalization Technologies Strategy and Action Plan for Energy” on behalf of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources. On May 12, 2025, a workshop was held at the TENMAK Headquarters to contribute to the preparation process of this policy document.
